The Most Unforgettable Trip

Living such a busy life, it¡¦s essential we take a trip for mental pleasure. With a view to escaping from the pressure of my regular days, I decided to go to Japan last summer vacation.

It was my first time to go abroad, and the journey turned out great. On the first day, we arrived at Tokyo late at night and didn¡¦t have any chance to go around. After a quick shower, I went to bed early with my heart filled with excitement.

The most impressive part should be the Tokyo Disney Resort. The whole Disneyland was filled with decorations in the Mickey Mouse shape, even in some places that I never expected, such as the toilet, the trash can, and so on. Moreover, there are joyful laughs everywhere, not only from the children but also from the young couples, and even the elderly. Indeed, it¡¦s a place built for everyone to find his childhood dreams.

When you go to Japan, it would be a great loss if you don¡¦t visit Mt. Fuji. On the third day, I went to two of the five lakes around Mt. Fuji. The lakes were results of volcanic activities and have long been considered to be the home of dragons. Since it was summer, the snow on the top of the mountain has all faded, what a pity! I guess the view would be even more beautiful if Mt. Fuji was covered with white snow.

Besides Mt. Fuji and Disneyland, I also went to Tokyo City for some shopping, but I didn¡¦t buy much because the prices are mostly higher in Japan than in Taiwan. And much to my surprise, English is widely spoken in Tokyo, so I could communicate with the locals without any hard work in learning Japanese.

The 5-day trip brings me not only joy bus also another view to a foreign country. Staying in Japan, the atmosphere was so close to that in Taiwan, but the feeling in the heart was totally different. It was more active, more relaxing, more surprising, and really unforgettable.
