B. Personnel quality

C. Establishment of Teacher Evaluation Committee

a. The Teacher Evaluation Committee will draw up the constitutions according to

the related laws.

 b. Execute the authority of the Teacher Evaluation, and decide the employment of

the staff.

 

D. Selection of Teachers and Administrators

Teacher Evaluation Committee conduct matters concerned on the basis of fair

and justice.

 

E. Salary

  a. Pay the salary according to the regulations of public school. Besides, add extra

10% of the salary.

  b. Pay the salary on time on the 21 date of each month.

  c. The hour fee for senior high400 per hour.

      The hour fee for junior high360 per hour.

 

F. Management of Leaves and Absence

   a. Administrators have to punch the clock every day.

   b. The staff have to follow the related rules when asking for leaves.

   c. The days of absence will be listed as the evaluation.

 

G. Award and Punishment for Staff

 a. The result of the evaluation will be managed according to the regulations of

public school.

   b. Senior excellent teachers will be award every year by related organization.

   c. Service medals will be awarded according to the regulations.

 

H. Full-time and Adjunct Teachers

  b. All of the teachersand administrators are full-time.

 

I. Staffs  Training and Further study

  Through further study, the Master Degree obtainers are increasing.  Now the

numberis up to 43.

 

J. Walfare Systems and Recreation

   a. The subsides of marriage, funeral and birth will be conducted according to the

regulations of public school.

  b. hold the faculty activities every year.

  c. the senior faculties will be awarded abundant prize in the school anniversary.

  d. conduct the education subsides of the faculties children according to the

regulations of public school.
